BuildCacheConfiguration.cacheHashSalt property

This API is provided as a beta preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

An optional salt to inject during calculation of the cache key. This can be used to invalidate the cache for all projects when the salt changes.
