GetInputsSnapshotAsyncFn type

This API is provided as a beta preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

Function that computes a new snapshot of the current state of the repository as of the current moment. Rush-level configuration state will have been bound during creation of the function. Captures the state of the environment, tracked files, and additional files.
