RushConfigurationProject.configuredSubspaceName property

This API is provided as a beta preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

Returns the subspace name specified in the "subspaceName" field in rush.json. Note that this field may be undefined, if the default subspace is being used, and this field may be ignored if the subspaces feature is disabled.
