IStringBufferOutputOptions.normalizeSpecialCharacters property

If set to true, special characters like \n, \r, and the \u001b character in color control tokens will get normalized to [-n-], [-r-], and [-x-] respectively

This option defaults to true

normalizeSpecialCharacters: boolean;
